Each set is designed for a full day of wear, and with proper care you can wear the same set again two to three times. There are around ten full sets in every kit.
They are made for everyday wear and light water exposure. For the best hold, avoid excessive water, oil-based products and rubbing.
Yes, but avoid heavy sweating, rubbing your eyes or soaking the lashes for the best results.
Two to three times with proper care. Take them off gently, keep oil-based products away from the eye area and put the clusters back in the tray after each wear. Because there is no glue involved, there is no residue to clean off in between.
You only need clean, dry lashes and your kit. The tweezers are already in the box.
Pick up one lash cluster with the tweezers, place it carefully underneath your natural lashes and press gently to secure.
Yes. They are designed for easy at-home application, even if you have never used lash clusters before.
Gently loosen the lashes and remove them slowly. Do not pull hard on your natural lashes.
Avoid oil-based products, heavy rubbing, pulling and sleeping directly on your lashes.
Add three kits to your bag and the third one comes off the total automatically. There is no code to enter. It repeats, so six kits means you pay for four.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to the UK, 3 to 6 to Ireland and the EU, and 5 to 8 to the US. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping is free on every order of two kits or more, wherever you are. On a single kit the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and shown before you pay.
Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on kits that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You have 100 days from delivery to request a return, and UK and EU customers have a statutory 14 day right to cancel on top of that. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right.
